The supply chain of imported raw materials for food has been interrupted in these times of the Covid-19 pandemic, so designing products with raw materials of nearby origin becomes a priority, both for costs and for having less impact on the carbon footprint.
Our database can be expanded with local producers to consider the origin of raw materials associated with the impact on the carbon footprint.
